Shipping

Most of our collections are on a dyed-to-order basis to ensure you can get the exact yarn you need for any given project. Preorders have the estimated turnaround time in the title and listing. Anything not marked Preorder, Calendar, or Club is ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Once your yarn ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for domestic orders. Insurance can be purchased at cost to the buyer. Please message me after placing your order and I will create a separate listing for you. We are not liable for lost packages.

I will send your purchase to the address listed at checkout unless otherwise notified. Please make sure to double-check for accuracy before placing your order!

I am happy to combine purchases and refund any shipping overages over $1 USD. Please let me know in the notes at checkout or via email if you have orders you would like to combine.

Returns

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn we do not typically accept returns for slight discrepancies in color. Often the skein in the listing is representative of the colorway and not the actual skeins you will receive. Speckles and variegation can vary greatly even from within the same dyelot. For that reason, I highly recommend alternating skeins when doing a multi-skein project.

We do not, under any circumstances, accept returns of skeins that have been caked up and/or knit with. We also do not accept returns on custom orders or on any of our Mystery Club skeins.

Please message me within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date and return shipping to us is at the cost of the buyer. Returned items must be in returned in the original skein with the ball band intact. Purchase price will be refunded once the return has been received. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

Additional Policies

I will accept Custom Orders if my schedule allows. Custom requests must be for at least 3 skeins of the same colorway, and must be for a colorway already in existence (i.e. no custom colorways). I will set up a custom listing for you to add to cart and check out as well as give you a time frame in which you can expect your yarn to be shipped.

International customers, please be aware of any VAT or other taxes you may need to pay when ordering from the United States. We are not liable for any sort of unexpected import taxes assigned to our orders.

Privacy

When you complete a purchase, you authorize Shopify to collect information to aid in fulfilling your order, including but not limited to: your email address, name, postal address, payment information, and details of the items in your order. You may also choose to provide me with extra information via email if it pertains to your order. All information gathered is used for the express purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with any third-parties except for the purposes of fulfilling your order (i.e. delivery companies). I store your personal information for as long as needed to complete your order, and retain it afterwards to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and for record-keeping and accounting purposes. Information is generally kept for four years. Customers in the EU have the right to access any information I have stored that pertains to them at their request. You may also have the right to request its deletion or restriction. If you reside in the EU and wish to file a complaint about my use of your information, you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
