Shipping
Most of our collections are on a dyed-to-order basis to ensure you can get the exact yarn you need for any given project. Preorders have the estimated turnaround time in the title and listing. Anything not marked Preorder, Calendar, or Club is ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Once your yarn ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for domestic orders. Insurance can be purchased at cost to the buyer. Please message me after placing your order and I will create a separate listing for you. We are not liable for lost packages.
I will send your purchase to the address listed at checkout unless otherwise notified. Please make sure to double-check for accuracy before placing your order!
I am happy to combine purchases and refund any shipping overages over $1 USD. Please let me know in the notes at checkout or via email if you have orders you would like to combine.
Returns
We do not, under any circumstances, accept returns of skeins that have been caked up and/or knit with. We also do not accept returns on custom orders or on any of our Mystery Club skeins.
Please message me within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date and return shipping to us is at the cost of the buyer. Returned items must be in returned in the original skein with the ball band intact. Purchase price will be refunded once the return has been received. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
Additional Policies
International customers, please be aware of any VAT or other taxes you may need to pay when ordering from the United States. We are not liable for any sort of unexpected import taxes assigned to our orders.
